Threat Based Threads

Founded in 2015, Threat Based Threads is a law enforcement and military veteran owned family business located in Monroe, LA.

“We wanted to produce our own products and not have to rely on someone else to make them the way we wanted them done,” says Mike Davis, Owner and CEO of Threat Based Threads. “We chose a DCS printer because of the unique capabilities to print on so many different items and to add texture. Additionally, there wasn't a huge pre-treatment process on garments.”

Threat Based Threads adds 1800s UV LED printer for printing bottles, shirts, and promo items.

Printing on almost anything, Threat based threads uses their printer to produce custom water bottles, knives, t-shirts, license plates, and awards. Specializing in designs that relate to law enforcement, first responders, and military groups, Threat Based Threads gives back to these communities and groups by donating a percentage of their proceeds to associated non-profits.

“Bringing the DCS printer into our business has cut our costs down and it has also given us the opportunity to open doors to new products,” says Davis. "Therefore, we can now produce new designs along with large bulk orders and wholesale orders for different customers.”
