Having the ability to digitally print ADA-Braille signage has given Signarama Murrieta a competitive advantage over the competition, but it has also allowed them to create new products quickly and efficiently.
Signarama adds an 1800BG UV LED printer to print ADA-Complaint/Braille signs and TEXTUR3D signage.
“Compared to a rotary engraver, the DCS 1800BG offers more output choices, requires fewer production steps and saves on labor when making ADA signs,” says Jerry Pappalardo owner of Signarama Murrieta. “We can make ADA compliant signs easier than with conventional methods, do 3D graphic printing and provide a wider choice of custom color options.”
Once the printer was installed, Signarama found that they can print textured and raised letters using their 1800BG on some of their regular products, increasing the overall value of what would be a flat printed sign or name badge.
